Other Research Methods
Focus groups are not always the most appropriate method of research. If you want to find out more factual information, or just want to get a feel for people’s views on a subject or product, without the need for in depth insight, then other methods may be more suitable.
We offer the following additional research services:
Street Interviews
These are a traditional mainstay of market research. People are approached in a chosen location, such as a busy high street or shopping centre, and asked some questions. Interviews last up to 10 minutes, and it is possible for an individual interviewer to capture the views of up to 40 people in a day.
Street interviews are a very cost effective method for capturing people’s thoughts about a product, ad campaign or a local service.
Keyboard Forum
Our keyboard forum is an online bulletin board which is set up in the same way as an internet chat room, only there are strict controls on who is invited to leave messages.
We can set up a bulletin board for you and invite and manage the people you wish to leave messages on the forum.
The keyboard forum is a useful method of getting people to interact and respond to each others comments in a facilitated way.
