Our Personnel

The Focus GroupUK was founded by Carol McCloskey in 2005 after 16 years working as a researcher within the private and public sector.

Carol has worked for 2 of the top 10 market research agencies as well as many years as a senior researcher within the NHS. She has also published numerous articles within the research/health press and is a qualified counsellor.

Her career history includes working with the following organisations:

Other Associates

We work closely with other specialists to offer a full service to clients. This includes working with other researchers / facilitators to support projects where required and also working with specialist recruitment agencies to recruit focus groups.

Sarah Mowl

Sarah has over 15 years experience in strategic planning and qualitative market research. With board level experience within an international marketing agency, she has sound commercial understanding and extensive experience of dealing with senior teams. In addition Sarah is a qualified Business and Life Coach and is on the management committee of two charities, Lifecycle UK and Bristol Care & Repair, providing help and advice in marketing and fundraising.
