Carol McCloskey, founder of The Focus GroupUK, spent many years within the NHS as a senior researcher and has continued this area of expertise within the work of The Focus GroupUK. This includes gathering feedback from health professionals and service users about service development, professional standards, training and education and support and information needs.

We understand the growing need to consult with stakeholders and service users in the development of health services and the importance of sensitivity when undertaking research in this area.
