Customer / Consumer Feedback – Private and Public Sector

Focus groups are an established way of gathering feedback on new products or services from current or potential customers. Many organisations also use focus groups to ask their own clients for feedback on how they are performing and how they may improve the services they offer.

In the public sector, local authorites regularly consult with residents to gather feedback on their public services.

Other ways of gathering feedback

Online bulletin boards are another way of gatheirng feedback from current and potential customers. For smaller businesses, they are a way of gathering feedback from clients in a cost effective way.
